MCPack comes with a no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy. If the pack doesn't deliver value, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

• Email mcpack@polsia.app with the subject "Refund Request"
• Include the email address you used to purchase
• We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe

• Any purchase made within the last 14 days
• No partial refunds — it's all or nothing
• One refund per customer

MCPack is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. If we release updates to the workflows or add new configs, you get them at no extra cost. We'll email you when updates are available.
